Chengdu DT Dental Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “DT Denture”) is a pioneer in the introduction of digital technology into denture manufacturing, following the advanced technology trends of prosthodontics, materials science and dental technology. After years of continuous exploration and development on CAD/CAM digital technology, DT Denture has successfully achieved scale application of metal 3D printing and zirconium & titanium milling, has become a high-end denture manufacturer in China.

Our 3D Printing Center has 6 metal 3D printers including Concept Laser and EOS with different functions and powers, more than 10 resin 3D printers and more than 30 sets of scanning equipment and design software, both hardware and software facilities are in the forefront of the industry. By applying 3D printing technology to produce laser crown & bridges, laser frameworks, laser implanting bridges, implanting guides, invisible orthodontic appliances and precision attachments and other denture products, our products are widely praised by the market.

Zirconium and titanium milling center has more than 10 units of milling equipment such as the latest 3M Lava milling machine and Imes five-axis milling equipment, as well as several Dekema and Nabertherm sintering furnaces, together all are able to make multi-series of zirconium & titanium denture.

The company strictly selects suppliers to ensure that raw materials meet product requirements and maintains long-term and close cooperation with internationally renowned dental materials suppliers such as BEGO, VITA, Ivoclar Vivadent, 3M and DENTAURUM etc.

DT Denture emphasizes the production environment to guarantee the product quality and employee health. The workshop is equipped with temperature control system, pressure system, water purification system, dust treatment system and network management system. The professional, functional and modern production environment has laid a solid foundation for ensuring product quality.
